How the macOS 14 Beta Was Installed
Sign in once at developer.apple.com or beta.apple.com with any Apple Account, then open Settings → General → Software Update → Beta Updates and select macOS 14. No file, no reboot, no expiry — and no payment, since this was the first free developer cycle.
